This is just a quick post!!!
After a rather crappy start to the year with my seizures, then Gayle having a viral infection that really caused problems with her asthma, we have found that our running has really suffered. The Chester Half Marathon that we completed on Sunday was a testament to that as it was our slowest ever HM time!
We’ve decided to take things back a notch. We are still going to be doing long runs at the weekend, albeit they will be shorter to start with, but we have decided to try another run streak for the month of May. We have done these before and noticed a dramatic improvement in our running, both speed and endurance! So we thought we would give it another go.
So for the next 31 days, we will be running every day!
